Can you finish a retail cleanout before our landlord turnover deadline?

Yes. We schedule retail cleanouts around your lease-end date and frequently complete same-week or same-day jobs. We work evenings, overnight, and weekends so mall and shopping-center stores can be cleared without disrupting neighboring tenants.

Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for Chicago shopping centers and malls?

Yes. Junk Busterz is fully licensed and carries general liability and workers’ comp insurance. We provide a COI naming the property manager, mall ownership, or landlord as additional insured — usually same day on request.

What do you do with leftover store fixtures, shelving, and inventory?

Usable gondola shelving, slatwall, mannequins, and display cases are routed to liquidators and other retailers when possible. Cardboard, hangers, and metal fixtures are recycled.
